Intel Processor Diagnostic Tool，简称IPDT，此款工具能够进行品牌识别、检测处理器运行频率、测试处理器具体功能、执行处理器压力测试。

之前Intel发布的仅有32位系统版本，不支持64位系统，今日则推出了支持64系统的最新1.1.0.0版，至此IPDT工具已经可以支持全系微软系统。

此外有一点需要说明：Intel旗下还有一款Intel Processor Identification Utility，这款工具侧重于识别，而Intel Processor Diagnostic Tool则主要是诊断测试。
